Water is the source of life, yet by our actions and inaction we allow it to be degraded.  Should water be a commercial product?  How do we respect commercial interests while safeguarding the complex ecology of rivers?  How can we turn the tide towards an approach of stewardship and kaitiakitanga?

The seminar will explore values, Maori interests, use, misuse and distribution of water.
