Hamilton Organic Gardeners meeting and Kombucha demonstration, Sunday September 28, 3pm.
We’ll meet at the Environment Centre which has recently relocated to 242 Peachgrove Rd, near the Five Cross Roads roundabout, a few doors north of Burger Fuel. There is some parking on Peachgrove Rd and plenty behind the shops.
The plant and produce swap table will be there so bring along your extra seedlings, produce, spare seeds etc.
Alice and Joy will talk about how to make Kombucha, a fermented tea with many health benefits. It's easy and fun to make (Google for more). There will be Kombucha to taste, and Kombucha starters and bottled Kombucha for sale.
